GuestOps is designed so the public readiness assessment can work without an account or a property-management-system connection.

Assessment answers

The public readiness assessment stores your progress and answers in your own browser using local storage. Those individual answers are not sent to GuestOps by the static site.

Optional analytics

If analytics is enabled by the site operator, GuestOps asks for permission before loading the configured analytics service. Analytics may measure page views and high-level interactions such as starting or completing the assessment. Individual assessment answers are intentionally excluded from analytics events.

Optional follow-up form

If the launch operator configures a follow-up endpoint, the results page may offer an optional email form. That form submits your email address, readiness score, and recommended starting product. It does not submit the twenty individual assessment answers.

Checkout

Purchases are handed off to the configured external checkout provider. Payment information is handled by that provider, not by this static GuestOps frontend.
